1- For the items that are small and light :

• Most of the time we will ship FedEx.

• We will send them via trucking line and you will be notified.

• Due to FedEx and carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

• If you would like to have us ship your order, we ask you to provide us with the carrier name and the account number.

• FedEx shipments are sent insured.

2- For oversized, very large or heavy shipments :

• Will all be sent via LCL (Less Container Load) FOB Taiwan, sea Freight.

• If you would like to have us ship your order and bill it to your account. We will quote you CIF Taiwan (The quote will cover Cargo, Insurance & Freight) and we will ship your order and add the cost to the invoice.

3- For Split Shipments :

We can ship your order to multiple locations.

• Should the items be lost or damaged in transit when using third party billing, Prime Promo is not responsible for damages incurred to the shipment.

• All claims or charges must be filed by you with your freight carrier.
